During the home buying process
you have a due diligence period in which you

to buy. It is important to properly inspect
the property to insure that you know exactly
what you are purchasing. We will help you evaluate
the property, which could include ordering inspections
for termites or pests, dry rot, asbestos, structure
and roof condition, or swimming pool tests.

you with written reports. This is also the time
to order a preliminary title report to insure
