Tricia Lorenzen, REALTOR®
--Tricia
earned her Business degree in Administration and
Management at Pepperdine University, and completed
graduate studies at Chapman University. While working
at The Boston Consulting Group, an elite International
consulting firm, she developed a love of studying
the real estate market. Tricia is a member of the
National Association of Realtors® (NAR) as well
as the Orange County Association of Realtors®
(OCAR) and subscribes to the strict code of ethics
held by both organizations. Tricia continues to
further her education in real estate by attending
courses to enhance her business expertise and knowledge
of the market. In 2005, Tricia founded WelcomeHomeOC.com
as a tool to assist her clients in their real estate
needs. With the growing necessity of technology-based
marketing, WelcomeHomeOC.com is evolving to become
a fundamental informational tool for clients and
other agents in the buying and selling of real estate.
