Community Highlight- Rancho Santa Margarita
Nestled in the foothills of the Saddleback
Mountains, this community has been ranked by CNN/Money
Magazine as one of the "hottest towns"
and "most desirable places to live in the western United
States." From the start Rancho Santa Margarita (RSM)
has been planned to be an “Urban Village,” offering
the best of two worlds: all of the elements and advantages
of a small city plus the quality of life of a small village.
RSM’s relaxed, upscale pace is mirrored in their vision
statement: “A Small City with the Soul of a Small
Village.” All this, award winning schools, a newly
opened city hall, and they even boast a new dog park which
opened on July 9th!
